Amazing experience at Reno's newest dental office in Midtown. Dr. Dean and her staff were so welcoming, kind and professional. The office is state of the art and beautifully done. I finally look forward to going to the dentist and cannot imagine going anywhere else. Well done Dr. Dean and staff.
What a wonderful office! Dr. Dean has created such a beautiful, cozy and professional dental studio and I’m so glad to have found it. My teeth have never felt cleaner and she even took the extra time to even out a tiny chip in my front tooth that my last couple dentists never asked about. The staff was super friendly. I can’t wait to go back in a few weeks for the teeth whitening treatment!
Dr. Dean and the entire staff at Westside Dental are amazing! The office itself is so beautiful and well maintained and everyone there is really respectful of your individual needs and/or fears. Making our appointments was super easy and they didn’t mind us bringing our infant into the appointment as well as a cute little spectator. 10/10 would recommend!

With over 10 years of experience in general and cosmetic dentistry, Dr. Chelsea Dean has always felt passionate about serving patients and members of the Reno community with exceptional care. Dedicated to the details, Dr. Dean has made it her goal to create a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment where patients feel seen and valued. She has spent many years working in diverse dental settings with patients of all ages, allowing her to provide unparalleled dentistry for her hometown.
Dr. Dean grew up in Northern Nevada and attended the University of Nevada, Reno where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in biology. She then attended the UNLV School of Dental Medicine and graduated with a Doctorate in Dental Medicine (DMD). After dental school, Dr. Dean planted roots in the Reno area to settle down with her college sweetheart and start a family.
Throughout the years, she has continued her education in many different areas of dentistry, including cosmetics, Invisalign, CEREC crowns, and esthetic procedures. Passionate about providing comfortable, effective care, Dr. Dean is also a certified provider of Laser Dentistry. Dr. Dean has always had an interest in teaching and is currently a supervising dentist at Truckee Meadows Community College where she oversees the dental hygiene clinic.
She is a member of several professional dental groups, including the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the American Academy of Women Dentists, the American Dental Association, the Northern Nevada Dental Society, the Nevada Dental Association, and the American Academy of Facial Esthetics.
When Dr. Dean isn’t caring for patients, she loves spending time with her husband, Jarrod, and two children, Emma and Ethan. She also enjoys walking her two pups, cooking, running, skiing, boating, and traveling. Creating WestSide Dental Studio has been Dr. Dean’s dream, and she can’t wait for you to come visit!
